The 2025/26 BNC Campaign:

Shaping the Future of Engineering

Engineering education, Brandeis style. BNC's new multi-year campaign will raise money for the Brandeis National Committee Professorship in Engineering Sciences, a new interdepartmental degree program that will provide students with the essential skills to think like engineers, and design solutions to complex problems.

Since launching the campaign just three months ago, BNC members have already raised nearly $100,000, which will bring a top science educator to Brandeis in a secured faculty position. We are changing the future of science education and creating new career pathways for the next generation.

Please view the video at right to learn more about  this new endeavor.

Homecoming 2025 bnc honoree

Brandeis Honors Audree K. Dyson, P'03

Audree Dyson served as president of the Greater Boston chapter of BNC from 2013 to 2025 and on the National Board of Directors from 2018 to 2025. She was honored on October 25, in the presence of her fellow chapter leaders and board members.

A patient, devoted, and respected member of the Greater Boston chapter, which she led in various capacities, Audree's strength lies in her longtime commitment to the BNC and Brandeis. Audree cultivated community by teaching others to knit and play canasta in weekly study groups, and coordinated a Jewish short stories group. She is also a talented strategic leader, and during her time as president, she worked to identify and mentor a successor, thereby ensuring the chapter's continuing success.

Audree's chapter has honored her with a $5,000 gift to the BNC Engineering the Future campaign, which will endow a professorship in the new engineering sciences program and make it possible for countless students to explore new career pathways.
