Cape Ann Museum - Avery Gottlieb & Rothko: By The Sea

Enjoy a visit to the newly renovated Cape Ann Museum. We will also view the special exhibit Avery, Gottlieb & Rothko: By the Sea which explores the artistic bond between three pivotal 20th century American artists whose shared summers in Gloucester, Massachusetts had a lasting impact on their work. Optional, lunch nearby at The Seaport Grill. (Additional cost)

The Book of Esther in the Age of Rembrandt


In a guided tour, we will see paintings, tapestries and Jewish ceremonial objects that illuminate how the story of Esther inspired people across faiths in 17th century Netherlands. Join us for lunch at 11:30AM in Cafe G, the museum's onsite restaurant. (not included in the cost)

During our guided tour, we will explore this rare historic site with intact architectural and design details from the 19th century.
